My experience leading zero to one initiatives spans industries: enterprise & data ecosystems, travel, education, non-profits, data visualisation and ecommerce. I recently started advising startups based on my experience founding one - my focus lies on women founded organisations.

I am an ambassador for designer career and craft growth and have led a number of initiatives such as creation of career frameworks, best practices for hiring designers & researchers, design coaching, ecosystem design frameworks, data workflows and workshop facilitation. I have a deep passion for developing healthy and highly functioning teams while fostering an environment where future leaders can grow and thrive.
