Hi! I’m Sophia (she/her)

My design journey started in architecture—designing spaces for people to live and interact. I learned that design principles are universal across disciplines, which led me to study Human-Computer Interaction and Social Psychology. Over the last 14+ years, I’ve carried those foundations into UX design, working across various industries, company sizes, and cultures in India, Sweden, and the US.

My ideal spot is at the intersection of Design, Research, Product, and Operations Strategy, turning complex and often ambiguous initiatives into reality. My toolkit consists of applying Design Thinking and Service Design principles in combination with building trusted partnerships and a ‘make-things'-happen’ mindset to craft human-centered systems for designers and their partners. For me, this space is where design moves beyond boards and workshops into the hands of real users, ultimately helping people live better, work smarter, and experience the world more fully.

I also spend time expressing myself through ceramics & illustrations and have a keen interest in interior design. To check out my work, get in touch.
