INCLUSIVE DESIGN
Envisioned and designed an Inclusive Design Program with external subject matter experts. The focus of this program was to build inclusive mindsets within the teams working on core products and pressure test inclusive features within product roadmaps. Launched the program org-wide as a toolkit and got executive buy-in to scale it across other orgs.
NON PROFIT CLOUD - CROSS PLATFORM VISION AND MVP
In close collaboration with Product Management and Engineering leadership, I defined the experience vision for over ~ 50,000 nonprofits that use Salesforce to impact their constituents. The ecosystem of products included Fundraising (donations, pledges, and payments), Marketing, Grantmaking, Volunteer Management and Outcome Management.
PATENT WINNING PRODUCT DESIGN FOR NON-PROFITS
I led the design vision, strategy, and execution of what later became a patent-winning product and high performing scrum team. I recruited the design and research team, worked closely with customers + product management leadership to define the vision and laid the foundation of critique & co-creation for lean delivery on this highly competitive product that went from 0 to 1 in less than a year.

LONG TERM STRATEGY
Collaborated closely with executives and architects across Product Management, Engineering, Content and Marketing to lay out the long term strategy for a product vertical in the emergent AI landscape. This work cultivated a strong reputation for human-centered design techniques to solve complex challenges across the organization.
REIMAGINING THE ROLE OF TECHNOLOGY IN EDUCATION
In designing this cross platform, cross cloud suite of experiences from the ground up, the design and research team examined the role of CRM technology in serving an increasingly diverse student population in the landscape of AI and that are often exposed to systemic issues of access and affordability. Design process involved going from research to ecosystem mapping to detailed product interactions.
ENTERPRISE PRODUCT DESIGN - GRAPH VISUALISATION TOOL
Neo4j are the makers of the world’s leading graph database solution. Graph databases enable working with massive amounts of data with a lot of connections in between them. I led the design team to envision and build a ‘no-code’ solution named Bloom to navigate information and find patterns in huge networks of data. I specifically studied how to ensure search results are relevant in the context of a graph query.
BENCHMARKING STRATEGY
Evangelized and launched product benchmarking in partnership with research as an analytical tool to indicate performance gaps and guide intentional decision making. This product benchmarking program influenced immediate future roadmaps and paved the way for scrum teams to drive more data driven thinking into product strategy.
